Refund policy

• Terms of return - We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and /or exchange of any kind. If we sent the wrong item, it's damaged, or its our mistake we cover the return postage.  If you simply change your mind or its not quite what you hoped for you'll cover the return shipping.
• Eligibility for refunds and exchanges:- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  The item must be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we required a receipt or proof of purchase.  Only regularly priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded, if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will received a gift credit for the value of your return. 
• Exchanges (if applicable):-  We only replace items which are defective or damaged.  If you need to change for the same item please send an email to 'thecandleandflame@yahoo.com' and reason for return.    We will endeavour to assist your query as quickly as possible.
